Travel Advisor Services
DaleClick.Travel is operated by Omar J. Morales, an Independent Affiliate of Cruise Brothers.
DaleClick.Travel acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, travel insurance companies, and destination management companies.
All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective travel supplier.
Quotes and Pricing
All pricing, promotions, availability, deposits, taxes, fees, and supplier offers are subject to change without notice until confirmed and paid.
Quoted prices are not guaranteed until a reservation is booked and confirmed by the travel supplier.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Reviewing all travel documents.
Verifying names, dates, and reservation details.
Meeting passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements.
Arriving on time for all travel services.
Failure to review travel documents does not relieve the traveler of responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
DaleClick.Travel shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, cancellation, supplier bankruptcy, weather event, natural disaster, labor dispute, government action, pandemic, epidemic, force majeure event, or any circumstance beyond our control.
DaleClick.Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control the suppliers providing travel services.
Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website, forms, or communication systems.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Modifications

FLEXPAY FINANCING TERMS
Financing Disclosure
DaleClick.Travel is not a lender, bank, credit provider, or financial institution.
Financing services are offered through Upgrade/FlexPay and related financial partners.
All financing decisions are made solely by the financing provider.
No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting a financing application does not guarantee approval.
Interest rates, credit limits, payment terms, and approval decisions are determined exclusively by Upgrade/FlexPay.
DaleClick.Travel has no authority over financing decisions.
Financial Information
DaleClick.Travel does not collect, store, or process:
Social Security Numbers
Bank Account Information
Tax Returns
Credit Reports
Such information is submitted directly to the financing provider.
Refunds and Cancellations
If a financed reservation is canceled:
Refunds are subject to supplier cancellation policies.
Approved refunds may be returned directly to the financing provider.
Interest charges and financing fees may not be refundable.
The client remains responsible for payments until the financing provider updates the account balance.
Financing Disputes
Any financing dispute must be addressed directly with Upgrade/FlexPay.
DaleClick.Travel is not responsible for lending decisions, financing errors, or disputes involving the financing provider.
