Virtual Consultation Terms & Conditions and Security Policy

Thank you for scheduling a virtual consultation with DaleClick.Travel. Our goal is to provide every client with a safe, professional, and secure planning experience. To protect our clients, business partners, travel suppliers, and company systems, all virtual consultations are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
By joining this meeting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Official Communication Policy
This Google Meet invitation is the only authorized platform for this consultation.
For your security and ours:
DaleClick.Travel will never ask you to join a meeting through a link provided by a client or third party.
All video consultations must originate from an official DaleClick.Travel invitation.
Official communications are conducted only through our verified email addresses, website, phone number, and approved scheduling platform.
2. Identity Verification
To protect against fraud, identity theft, unauthorized bookings, and payment disputes, DaleClick.Travel reserves the right to verify the identity of every client.
Identity verification may include:
Requesting that participants briefly enable their camera at the beginning of the consultation.
Requesting video verification again during the consultation if necessary.
Confirming contact information previously submitted through our website.
Confirming traveler names and reservation information.
Additional verification if suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
Failure or refusal to complete reasonable identity verification may result in the consultation being cancelled or terminated.
3. Camera Policy
To help protect both parties from impersonation and fraud:
Clients may be asked to briefly enable their camera at the beginning of the consultation for identity verification.
DaleClick.Travel reserves the right to request video verification at any point during the consultation.
If identity cannot reasonably be verified, the consultation may be ended.
4. Cybersecurity Policy
DaleClick.Travel takes cybersecurity seriously.
During this consultation:
We will not open links provided by clients.
We will not open files or attachments shared through Google Meet chat.
We will not scan QR codes provided during the meeting.
We will not install software, browser extensions, applications, updates, or remote access tools requested by any participant.
We will never allow remote access to our computers or business systems.
We will not log into banking, supplier, or internal business systems at the request of a participant.
If documents need to be reviewed, they must be submitted through our approved communication channels before or after the consultation and may be subject to security screening.
5. Payment Security
For your protection:
DaleClick.Travel never requests credit card information through Google Meet chat, email, text message, or social media.
Payments are processed only through secure payment portals provided by our approved travel suppliers or Cruise Brothers.
DaleClick.Travel does not retain or store your complete payment card information.
6. Privacy
Information shared during this consultation will be used solely for planning, quoting, booking, servicing, or supporting your travel arrangements.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our business policies.
7. Recording
Consultations may be recorded for quality assurance, documentation, fraud prevention, or training purposes.
If recording is enabled, participants will be notified before recording begins.
8. Fraud Prevention
DaleClick.Travel actively monitors for:
Identity theft
Phishing attempts
Social engineering attacks
Payment fraud
Account compromise
Malware distribution
Business email compromise
Credit card fraud
Impersonation
Other forms of cybercrime
If fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected, DaleClick.Travel reserves the right to:
Pause or terminate the consultation immediately.
Refuse service.
Cancel pending reservations.
Decline future bookings.
Preserve relevant records related to the incident.
Report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate travel suppliers, payment processors, financial institutions, internet service providers, or law enforcement authorities when permitted or required by law.
9. Professional Conduct
We strive to provide a respectful and welcoming environment.
DaleClick.Travel reserves the right to immediately terminate a consultation for:
Harassment
Threatening behavior
Hate speech
Discrimination
Fraudulent activity
Impersonation
Excessive profanity directed at staff
Illegal activity
Repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions
10. Booking Disclaimer
Quotes provided during this consultation are based on pricing and availability at the time they are prepared.
Travel pricing, airfare, hotel availability, promotions, taxes, and supplier offers are subject to change until booked and confirmed.
No reservation is guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by the travel supplier.
11. Third-Party Suppliers
DaleClick.Travel acts as an independent travel advisor arranging services provided by third-party suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, insurance providers, transportation companies, and other travel vendors.
Supplier-specific terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and travel requirements will apply to every reservation.
12. Limitation of Consultation
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss travel planning and available travel products.
No legal, financial, tax, immigration, visa, passport, medical, or insurance advice is provided during this consultation.
Clients should consult the appropriate licensed professional for those matters.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By joining this meeting, you acknowledge that:
You have read these Terms & Conditions.
You understand the security policies outlined above.
You agree to participate in the consultation under these guidelines.
You understand that DaleClick.Travel reserves the right to verify identity before accepting bookings or processing payments.
You understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in the consultation being terminated.
